That’s impossible, even if you just want an arcade racer that’s a revival of a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! !
But you know, it does sort of make sense. I mean they do list stats of cars in racing games, and with the game mechanics including arcade-fied exaggerations of sim mechanics, then add in powers and nerfs...
I’m making this too difficult, really.

Whiplash (aka Fatal Racing), one of my favorite arcade racers back in the day, had seven stats.
Acceleration, Top Speed, Braking, Turning, Grip, Durability, and Mass.

Shit I think I played that, but I can’t remember if they called it Scud Race in the states.
